A personal trip companion
Plan together.
Keep the details together.
Yuki Japan helps a private travel group coordinate its Japan trip through Discord and selected Google files.
What the app does
- Answers trip questions and helps maintain the group's itinerary and planning spreadsheet.
- Creates and updates trip documents and organizes folders in the designated trip folder.
- Exports meeting notes to Google Docs when participants explicitly start the notes feature.
- Helps research flights and other travel options. It does not purchase or reserve travel.
Why Google access is requested
The owner connects selected trip files through Google's consent and file-selection flow. Yuki Japan requests drive.file access, which covers files selected for the app and files it creates. The app additionally restricts its tools to the designated trip spreadsheet, output folders and registered generated documents.
This is a personal app for an existing private group. This website provides app information; it does not display trip records or provide public access to the bot.
